Day 13 - Pause

Explaining how you feel is important. When you don’t have the capacity or the emotions feel too big, it’s important to pause. We want to be heard and we must hear. What are some ways in which you pause when needed? Does the situation improve? Have there been times you regretfully acted your anger out? How did that affect the situation and the relationships with the involved parties. Beloved it’s easier to say “I need a minute to process” than it is to say “I’m sorry”. Take a deep breath before you write and just pause 🤍.
